Common procedures

Cervical spine

These cases heal ailments affecting the portion of the spine which supports the head and neck. Common cases include ACDF (anterior cervical discectomy w/ fusion), corpectomy, disc replacement, PCF (posterior cervical fusion), as well as thyroidectomy.

Thoracic and lumbar spine

Thoracolumbar procedures focus on portions of the spine responsible for proper weight-bearing and posture. Case types include microscopic decompression, laminectomy, and various posterior decompression and interbody fusions (PLIF and TLIF), as well as anterior and lateral interbody fusion (ALIF and LLIF).

Real-time stimulation testing

Monopolar stimulation can be utilized by the surgical team when providing a spinal structure with healing support or trying to locate a neural structure within the surgical site. This assures the surgical team that no neural structures are manipulated by the surgical hardware.
